"I purchased a desert sheep hunt at the FNAWS Convention last winter with the Navajo Department of Fish and Wildlife. I booked with Dwayne Waseta and Harry Dejolic of Navajo Big Game Adventures as my guides for my hunt. The Navajo Indian Reservation is very large with most of it in New Mexico, Arizona and Utah. Our hunt was scheduled to start on November 29th near Mexican Hat, Utah. We saw eight rams on the first day of the hunt, but either they were too far away or Dwayne and Harry did not want me to harvest one of them because they knew there was several better rams in the area. On the second day I harvested an excellent ram. Dwayne and Harry were very professional. The one thing that stood out above all the other sheep hunts I have been on was the exceptional quality of their optics."
