THE OUTSTANDING CONSERVATIONIST AWARD IS PRESENTED TO WSF MEMBERS, NON-MEMBERS, OR ORGANIZATIONS FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING, EXEMPLARY, AND LONG-TERM CONTRIBUTIONS TO WILD SHEEP CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT. RECIPIENTS WILL HAVE MADE A LASTING LEGACY TO THE WILD SHEEP RESOURCE.

Awardees are members, non-members, or organizations who/which have made significant, impactful, measurable, and durable contributions to wild sheep conservation and management, at the local, regional, national, and/or international scale, over an extended period of time.
Nomination Process: Nominations are solicited from the WSF membership, WSF Chapters & Affiliates, WSF Conservation Committee, and WSF Professional Resource Advisory Board (PRAB). At least three (3) Letters of Support from WSF members, Chapters & Affiliates, Conservation Committee members, and/or PRAB members should be submitted along with all nominations.
