2025 Sheep Show Express – Free Booth Transport from Atlanta to Reno

WSF President & CEO Gray Thornton and WSF Expo & Exhibits Manager Mike Aiazzi sent the following memorandum to our Sheep Show Exhibitors:

Thank you for your continued support of the Wild Sheep Foundation and our annual Sheep Show® convention. The show’s success is only made possible by the support and participation of our exhibitors and donors. Without you there is no convention and no annual funding for our wild sheep conservation mission.
 
Your support of our 2024 convention will enable WSF to direct a record and unprecedented $9.2 million to wild sheep conservation, advocacy, education, and other mission programs this fiscal year. Thank you!
 
When we learned of Dallas Safari Club’s convention move to Atlanta, we immediately began planning to support our joint exhibitors in their move from the east back to the west. Our goal was to help you to exhibit at both WSF and DSC shows with minimal concerns over the additional travel distance the Atlanta move contributes.
 

We are very pleased to announce plans for FREE booth material transport from Atlanta to Reno on WSF’s Sheep Show® Express trucking and transport service. WSF has retained four semi-tractor trailers with team drivers who can legally drive 20 hours a day to ensure your booths will depart Atlanta at DSC show close and arrive in Reno Monday night for WSF move in Tuesday morning. In addition, WSF and DSC have worked as partners to provide First Out service Sunday for WSF exhibitors at the Atlanta show close. DSC‘s Move In Move Out (MIMO) teams will assist WSF exhibitors immediately upon Sunday show close to move booth materials to a designated dock location where WSF Sheep Show® Express trailers will be staged. WSF will also hire a dedicated Expo Group employee to marshal and manage the dock and truck loading to expedite the process to ensure all WSF exhibitor display materials are quickly underway for the trip west. We will be providing you additional details on the process as the shows near. 

 
If you have not yet booked your 2025 Sheep Show® booth space, please do so now by completing the application and submit your 50% deposit. The show will be a sell out so don’t delay!  WSF values our exhibitors and our industry partners. We hope this free Sheep Show® Express service lessens the stress and challenges of transporting show materials west to Reno.
