Exhibitor Registration is Now Open!
All contracted exhibitors and sponsors are required to register staff for official credentials. Badges must be worn at all times for security validation to access the exhibit floor during show hours, setup, breakdown, and early/late access times.
How to Access Registration
Exhibitor registration is personalized and cannot be accessed through a public link.
• Unique Access Link: The primary contact for each contracted company will receive an email directly from our official registration partner, CustomReg, Inc. (@customreg.com), containing a unique portal link.
• Managing Staff & Add-ons: Once logged in, the primary contact can register themselves and booth staff, as well as purchase tickets for special events and evening banquets.

Badge Types & Allotments
Exhibitors can choose between two badge options when registering booth staff: Allotment Badges, which are tied to your contracted booth space and include breakfast and event perks, or Expo-Only Badges, which provide show floor access only.
1. Exhibitor Expo Allotment Badges (Include Meals & Banquet)
• Complimentary Allowance: You receive 2 badges per 100 sq. ft. of contracted booth space.
• Included Perks:
• Access: Full Exhibit Floor access (including setup, show hours, and breakdown)
• Wednesday Night Banquet ticket
• Thursday Welcome Back Breakfast ticket
• Friday & Saturday Morning Hall Breakfast tickets (served inside the hall before doors open)
• Purchasing Extra Allotment Badges: Want extra staff to receive full meal and banquet perks beyond your complimentary allowance? Additional Allotment Badges can be purchased for $50 each.
2. Exhibitor Booth Expo Only Badges (Floor Access Only)
• Cost & Quantity: FREE
• Access: Full Exhibit Floor access (including setup, show hours, and breakdown)
• Exclusions: Does not include banquet tickets or morning breakfasts.
• Best For: Additional booth staff, sales reps, or setup crew who only need access to work the floor.

1. Pre-Register Online: Complete your staff registrations before arriving in Reno.
2. Bring Your QR Code: Each registrant will receive an email confirmation containing a barcode/QR code.
3. Express Scan & Go: Scan your QR code at any self-service badge printing station onsite to print your credentials in seconds.
Note: Staff not registered in advance will be required to register onsite at the registration desk.
