More Than a Pledge. A Lasting Impact.

The Chadwick Ram Society (CRS) was established in 2013 for those who wanted to go beyond membership and make a greater, long-term investment in wild sheep conservation. Since its inception, CRS donors have put more than $3 million back on the mountain, helping make important conservation work possible that otherwise may not have happened.

Today, the Chadwick Ram Society is a community of dedicated conservationists who believe deeply in the mission of the Wild Sheep Foundation, invest in its future, and want to stay closely connected to the people, projects and priorities behind the work. But CRS is about more than a pledge.

It is about making a lasting commitment to wild sheep, seeing the impact of that commitment, and being part of a community working together to Put and Keep Wild Sheep on the Mountain^®.

GIVING LEVELS

Become an advocate for wild sheep by joining WSF’s Chadwick Ram Society by selecting the giving level that meets your giving vision. Pledges start at $2,500 at the Copper level with a $250 initial pledge payment and ten (10) years to complete your pledge. Upgrade options available as your ability to give grows.

A commitment like this deserves to be recognized.

CRS donors enjoy exclusive access to the Societies Lounge throughout Sheep Show—a comfortable place to get off your feet, grab a drink or snack, and connect with others who share your passion for wild sheep conservation. With complimentary bar service, seating and tables, it’s a great place to recharge between events and spend time with fellow donors, conservation leaders, and friends from across the wild sheep community.

CRS donors are invited to this exclusive Thursday night reception at Sheep Show—an opportunity to connect with fellow donors, WSF leadership, conservation professionals, and others who share a commitment to wild sheep. It’s a relaxed reception built around good conversation, new connections, and the shared purpose of Putting and Keeping Wild Sheep on the Mountain.

Conservation Conversations Webinar Series
Each month, CRS donors will hear from WSF leadership, biologists, conservation professionals and partners about the people, projects and priorities shaping the future of wild sheep conservation. Donors will have an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the work, hear directly from the people doing it, and ask questions along the way.
Other special donor gatherings, experiences and recognition opportunities throughout the year.

Donations can be made to WSF’s Endowment Fund, Conservation Fund and/or Operations to fund specific programs and initiatives. Donors may also “upgrade” their Benefactor levels within the Chadwick Ram Society, as well as to the premier Mountain Royalty Society.

Annual CRS Desert Sheep Hunt Drawing

Full-service lodging in a comfortable ranch house

Through our strong partnership with the Javier Artee family, Sierra El Alamo has helped restore desert bighorn sheep to historic habitat across more than 80,000 acres in Sonora, Mexico. The area now supports a strong and growing population, with free-range hunting reinstated in 2017 following a 12-year prohibition.

Drawing will be held July 2027.
