Nevada Outdoor Experience

The Nevada Outdoor Experience is sponsored and organized by the Wild Sheep Foundation. The goal of the free event is to excite and inspire the next generation of outdoor enthusiasts.

Nearly 40 outdoor organizations will come together, each adding their unique perspective on the outdoors to the 2026 event, which takes place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Capitol City Gun Club (3590 Arrowhead Drive in Carson City, NV). Events to include archery, wildlife conservation, duck calling, leave no trace ethics, trap and skeet, nature crafts, gold panning, metal detecting, rock climbing wall, and so much more. Simply show up the day of the event.
