Dear Conservation Partner, Exhibitor, and Sponsor:

First of all, thank you for your patience while we pivoted and researched what we know will be an exciting addition to our "normal" Sheep Week® event for our sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees. We've been working diligently the past four months to deliver something truly impressive, so all of our valued partners will have a viable and meaningful marketing platform in spite of show cancelations, travel restrictions, and other limitations. No one can afford to take a year off. Certainly, WSF and wild sheep conservation will not be taking a year off.

As you will see from the enclosed Exhibitor and Sponsorships decks, our new virtual Sheep Week® platform has many new opportunities for your business, all of which are more conducive to driving maximum exposure and doing business online. Just as exciting is our ability to attract a significantly larger number of attendees than we would typically see coming to Reno. 

Being an all-digital event allows WSF unprecedented marketing and promotional opportunities to drive awareness and registered attendees to the event. This also increases our ability to drive their level of engagements with you once they are on the virtual convention platform. We will be taking advantage of all of these opportunities to reach a global network within the hunter-conservationist community. This will be our most significant outreach effort in WSF history. One example is marketing to a qualified list of over 950,000 individuals who have registered and purchased hunting trips and gear in the past through online auctions, something that did not exist as little as five years ago.

The generosity of our exhibitors, sponsors, and donors represents the backbone of the Wild Sheep Economy, that which allows WSF to Put and Keep Wild Sheep on the Mountain®.  The results are more wild sheep, more viewing and hunting opportunities, and a marketplace of some of the most dedicated and passionate sportsmen on the planet.

We understand “virtual” may be all new to you and your marketing and sales efforts. Please know, we're here to help make this as smooth and meaningful of a transition as possible and at a fraction of the cost of a traditional consumer show.
