How to Apply for WSF Grant in Aid

HOW TO APPLY

1. Click here to download a blank application for reference purposes (note: all applications must be submitted online).
2. You may submit >1 application for the FY 2025-2026 GIA cycle, but each must be a different Program/Project and have its own unique name.
3. The APPLY button at the bottom of this page will take you to the WSF GIA Application. 
4. Enter your email address in the Log in or register box.
5. You will receive an email with a 6-digit confirmation code; enter the code.
6. Enter your first name, last name, create a password, enter your agency/organization, then click Complete Registration. 
7. After registering, you will simultaneously receive a confirmation email with additional instructions and be routed to the WSF GIA application page. 
8. You may now prepare and submit application(s). Click Start Application to proceed. Instructions are at the top of each page of the online form. 
9. Work in progress is saved as you go. You may return and log in as needed to complete and update application(s), up to the submission deadline of 11:59 PM MDT July 31, 2025.
