TOUGH SHEEP is a physical workout event for anyone looking to test their conditioning or add to their fitness routine that best simulates the rigors of a sheep hunt.

Bill Pastorek, author of Dream Rams of British Columbia, will soon release his recent and highly anticipated work, Dream Rams of the North. Bill caught the sheep bug early in his life, and his chosen career path of self-employment and building a successful gardening business allowed him plenty of time in the mountains to pursue his passion for wild sheep.

In this episode of Sheep Fever, co-host Keith Balfourd visits with Mountain Tough Fitness Lab founder Dustin Diefenderfer to learn more about their specific fitness programs for mountain athletes and the new TOUGH SHEEP workout scheduled for the 2025 Sheep Show in Reno on January 17th.

Looking back on my recent Dall's sheep hunt at Arctic Red River Outfitters with new friends, Guide Derrick Klassen and cameraman Adam Foss, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I cannot say thank you enough to the Wild Sheep Foundation and all its partners and staff for making this dream a reality. I am forever appreciative and will always be a member supporting what they do in every way I possibly can. It's hard to put into words how great this trip was and how truly thankful I am.
